Once upon a time,
while exploring ways to reinvent snacking, Yash and Vijeta Bhakkad, founders, discovered vacuum frying technology. The process fries vegetables at lower temperatures and pressure, helping retain their natural colour, flavour, texture, and nutrients while using less oil.
What if vegetables could become the hero of snacking?
After experimenting with different vegetables and textures, we created Krunchillo in early 2024. We introduced crunchy and flavourful snacks, made from real vegetables. Our vision extends to continuing to discover new flavours and possibilities in healthy snacking alternatives.
